As many of you have read in my past blogs I have been practicing yoga since I was pregnant. Now that I already have the yoga strap (view original post here) – I was ready for something new to help my workouts. I have just started practicing PiYo (a combo workout of pilates and yoga), and the workout is HARDCORE…I am drenched when the 30 minute session is over – so when I was asked to review the Shandali Hot Yoga Towel, I couldn’t have been more happy!
Being that I do get sweaty during my workouts, this Hot Yoga Towel helps to prevent my yoga mat from getting slippery plus it also helps me become more stable on the mat, as well as being a bit more comfortable and its hygienic. I always wipe my yoga mat down when I’m done, but this hot yoga towel makes it easier to know I can just throw it in the wash and know its clean and ready to go for the next workout. Now I haven’t been able to test it out in the colder/winter months yet, but I can imagine that it would be it more bearable to workout on the floor. I have also brought my hot yoga towel with me to my weekly workout class to use as a towel to help absorb any sweat after my class – it really is a multi use product.
