Little Pink Wish: Review

Now that the weather is finally in our favor, its time to think about visiting parks, playgrounds, beaches, and any other outdoor venue. Now usually my hubby and I will bring along our larger cooler, but to be honest with our 9 month old – we have too much to lug around with us that an extra clunky cooler is just too much of a bother and space is always an issue. When I was contact by Little Pink Wish to review one of their popular cooler bag, I was psyched. Plus they added a little something extra for me to review from their new monogrammed jewelry collection (I love a little something just for me!!) ❤

Little Pink Wish is a Facebook boutique specializing in monogrammed and personalized gifts, accessories and decor. They will curate a collection each week to offer you the perfect gift for everyone in your life…including yourself! Having spent many years in corporate retail and now a stay at home mom of three kids under three, owner Dana couldn’t be more excited about her site!  She hopes you will love shopping her collection as much as she has loved putting together the collection! They are located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and are a brand new company as of May 2013. Join them every Sunday night at 9 pm EST on their Facebook page for a live sale specializing in monogrammed and personalized gifts, accessories, decor, and all things fabulous! Some items are limited quantity and are first come, first serve!

The first item I reviewed was the Large Cooler Bag. Available in 4 different patterns with various choices of fonts and colors to choose from – this is a fantastic addition to your summer family outings. Its particle and simple but at the same time its cute and chic – something that any mom wouldn’t mind carrying around, I know I LOVE it! As you can see from the image above I received the mint chevron style with hot pink threading in Etiquette font. This is by far a great piece – it folds up when not in use so I can store it in the closet and save space but it also works so well it keeps items cold for hours.

The second item I received was the Mint and Gold Monogram Pendant. This style item is very hot right now, I have seen mint jewelry everywhere included in with monogram. It’s a classic and simple piece that goes along with almost all of my summer wardrobe – and might I add I have gotten ALOT of complements on this item.

If your ready to check out some amazing pieces for gifts, or for yourself (don’t worry I won’t tell anyone) – check out Little Pink Wish at their links below.

Unfinished Wood Co. – Review

I love craft projects and Pinterest has been an addiction of mine for a while. That said, I have seen numerous posts of monograms on Pinterest – whether they are on the front door on a wreath or simply placed on a wall or fireplace mantle. I searched high and low to find one I liked, and low and behold I have found my new favorite wood DIY shop …. Unfinished Wood Co.

Unfinished Wood Co. was born in 2013 with the goal of becoming the first website you think of when you have the urge to paint, craft, or decorate. We keep up with the current trends and give you the DIY (Do it Yourself) alternative to what’s popular. That way you can say: “I made this!” We love being a part of this creative community and get inspired to see how you finish our unfinished wood products.

You name it they have it from letters to shapes, even seasonal wood pieces – the sky is the limit all you need is your imagination. As you can see from above, I was able to get to review the  15″ 3 letter monogram – which I have painted mint chip green. Currently I have it inside my shadow box coffee table but am exploring where to place it on the walls soon with some nice ribbon.

The lovely people over at Unfinished Wood Co. have been extremely generous and want to help your DIY side that they have offered a discount of 25% off  your order on their website until April 30th 2014, just use the discount code FREE.

So make sure to stop on over and take advantage of this great offer before it’s too late!!

Happy Crafting!!
